This 2 BR/2 BATH, second-floor, resort casita boasts stunning views of the desert and mountains from the private covered patio. The unit is located in the community of Rancho Vistoso, which offers beautiful desert landscaping, multiple walking and biking trails, parks, convenient shopping, a variety of restaurant options, a movie theater, and easy access to plenty of public and private golf courses. Rancho Vistoso is situated in the town of Oro Valley, a northwestern suburb of Tucson, just 40 minutes from the Tucson International Airport and about 90 miles from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

The Rancho Vistoso complex offers a resort-like common area with a heated pool and spa, a fitness room with cardio and weight equipment, two poolside barbecue areas, plenty of lounge seating, and beautiful landscaping throughout.

The unit is tastefully decorated and well equipped with all the conveniences of home and is situated just steps away from the pool, BBQ and clubhouse area—just far enough away to avoid the noise of the communal spaces. Additionally, this unit comes with a detached garage, which is located just outside the condo, that offers secure indoor parking for one vehicle.

After a long day of swimming, golfing, hiking, cycling or sightseeing, guests will look forward to kicking back on the covered patio and enjoying a cool drink while taking in a breathtaking sunset over the desert.

Great Location

This condo sits above an open area that is loaded with birds and some wildlife. There are miles of concrete walking/biking paths winding through. It is close to shopping, restaurants, the Tucson loop bike paths. The unit was clean, quiet and well equipped. It has good internet, TV and a comfortable king size bed. Check in was simple and the garage was very nice to have for our vehicle and bikes.

This is an Oro Valley gem!

This location was perfect for our winter biking/hiking getaway. The condo is lovely and comfortable. It's conveniently located, too–close to shopping, restaurants, and trails. On the cozy patio, we enjoyed scenic views with breakfast and serenades by distant coyotes and nearby owls as we sipped tea by candlelight. Don't forget to pack swim suits otherwise you'll miss ending each day under the stars in the club house's large hot tub. The hosts communicate well and are very thoughtful. There's a garage that's just a few steps away where we stored our rented bikes. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet place to stay while you check out all the Oro Valley/Tucson area has to offer, this is a real gem.

A great stay!

We loved our Vistoso Resort Casita. It was so well stocked and clean. The location is great--quiet but convenient to all shopping needs, pharmacies, work-out facilities, restaurants, cinemas. Having the walking trails right out the door was terrific. A lovely balcony to sit out on and enjoy the sunset. Everything we could want in the kitchen. And Scott and Shaun were so responsive to our questions. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

We used to live in the Rancho Vistoso community with our two children many years ago. When we had the opportunity to buy a vacation home in the area, we jumped at the chance. Additionally, as an avid golfer, my husband was especially excited to acquire a unit in the middle of golf country.

What makes this property unique

We chose this particular property because we're all about location and views. In our opinion, unit #236 is perfectly located—close to everything, but also somewhat private—and the views are wonderful from sunrise to sunset.
