Relax in this Beautiful Oro Valley Condo - Right Next to the Pool!

This beautiful first floor condo features two master suites and sits just steps from the year-round heated pool/hot tub, gas grill and fire pit! We have two brand new leather love seats and one comfy recliner so you can enjoy the flat screen TV in the large great room. It is so comfy, you may not want to stroll out to the pool...but you should! This is our fourth unit in this building at this peaceful condo resort because we think it is the very best location in the complex. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (even reaches you at the pool!), 2 king sized beds, and everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. Located in a really lovely, quiet complex in Oro Valley, that is close to miles of hiking and biking trails, many golf courses nearby, shopping, dining and gorgeous views all around. Rest assured that you will not go wrong booking with us - we are three siblings that take pride in taking care of these units ourselves. We want to make your stay easy and enjoyable from booking to check-out. You will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful desert get-away, so just pack your swim suit or golf clubs, and start enjoying your stay!

We are relocating to the area and this was a great home base while looking at homes and navigating the home buying process. The condo provided the right amount of space we needed and it was clean. I had a couple of questions to which the host responded right away. Having a washer/dryer available was great as I was in town for nearly two weeks. The complex was super quiet and we enjoyed the patio very much. Thank you for a great stay!

Well appointed, space was very clean, beds very comfortable, really amazing black out shades. Lots of charging stations. Great location!Would have given it a 5 but for lots of foot traffic upstairs amplified by the ceiling. This stops about 10 pm, just be aware. Otherwise amazing rental.

We are three siblings who started by sharing our own vacation condo and found that we just loved being hosts so now we have four units in the same building. We have met so many wonderful people through the years - we feel it's a real honor that so many people have placed their trust in us. We pride ourselves in being easy to reach and handling everything ourselves so you will never be dealing with a management company. You'll either be talking to Steve, John or Rose - and whichever one of us you reach, we are very pleased to meet you!

Why they chose this property

We stumbled upon our first unit which just happed to be in what we found to be the most wonderful building in the complex. Right near the pool/hot tub with great views in this very lovely, quiet complex in the heart of Oro Valley. Once we realized how much we loved this particular building, we have kept our eyes open and have been lucky enough to now own four units in the building. Three on the bottom floor and our original unit upstairs.
