This gorgeous first floor unit with a lovely patio is just steps from the year round heated pool and spa, plus gas grill and fire pit. But even if you don't feel like lounging pool-side, this 2 BR 2 BA condo has all the upgrades! Tile throughout, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, leather furniture and literally everything you need to enjoy your stay. Flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, high speed internet (even reaches you at the pool!), 2 king sized beds, and everything you need to cook up a storm in the kitchen. Located in a really lovely, quiet complex in Oro Valley that is close to miles of hiking and biking trails, many golf courses nearby, shopping, dining and gorgeous views all around.

A quiet oasis

This is the ideal location for my Mom to stay when visiting us (we rent it for my 88 year old Mom to have a home-base when she travels here for holidays, etc..). The home is cheery, comfortable, and offers a "home-like" feeling. The hosts do an outstanding job to make us/my Mom feel welcome. I also like knowing that this is a safe and upbeat neighborhood for Mom to get in and out of with ease, while enjoying all the area has to offer.

Great Stay

Anyone who needs a quiet get away this is the spot. Anything you could possibly need is available. You will feel like you are at home, comfortable bed ( we only used one), plenty of space, even for two couples, several amenities (which we did not use, but so wanted too), easy check in (don’t forget the door code , that will be sent to you… that was my fault, but the host immediately responded to my text by sending the code. Overall, a great stay, would definitely recommend this place over a hotel.

Overall the condo is a 5 Star home!! Great neighborhood and complex that is very quiet, clean, and was perfect for our stay. Could not have been better!! The workout room, pool and jacuzzi are jest steps from the home. Spent a bunch of time going back and forth form pool and jacuzzi. Steve and Rose were excellent hosts with great communication and welcome text and email. Everything in the unit you need from dishes, pots, pans, kitchen to TV's in every room, separate bathrooms, books to read, comfy living room, and comfy beds!!! Appreciate the entire experience!!

Lovely Condo that's well stocked

Clean, comfortable., good location. Truly ready to move-in so to speak. Paper towels and toilet paper; kitchen has dish soap, etc. This is a plus esp. when renting for a few days, so we didn't have to go to store and get basic needs. Many rentals have at least the first roll of PT/TP, trash bags but some places (which is horrible) don't even have any toilet paper at all!!!! The owner replied promptly (I lost the door code email). Thank you - will rent this again in the future.

This was our first time using this condo and it's community facilities. We had a fabulous time staying at this condo. The condo was in top condition, perfectly equipped, and very well maintained, we felt very comfortable as if we were staying at our own house. We received timely and excellent communications before we arrived. The check-in process was as simple as 1-2-3, and the instructions were simple and perfect!The community facility (swimming pool and club house) was also very well maintained. The checkout process was also very simple and well documented.We had a fabulous time staying at this condo. Thank you Rose and Steve for all you did. We loved our time staying at your condo. This is a great little condo - super comfy and relaxing. Speedy WiFi. Pool right outside the door. All the cooking utensils you need to make supper and convenient stores nearby to pick up what you’re missing. 10/10 and we’ll look here first next time we’re in town.

Nice and quiet!

We were looking for a nice and quiet property, and we found it! It had all of the comforts of home! We enjoyed sitting and reading outside on the patio, when it was nice and warm, too. We highly recommend this property!

We are three siblings and we just love this condo complex. We originally bought one as a family to share but now have had so much fun we now have three in the same building. We think it's the best location - poolside! This is our newest unit, but please see our other two units for our over 70 five star reviews. We live locally and are always available to answer questions. We want you to feel like you are guests in our home - because you are! We hope you will enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

We love this particular building in this particular complex. It is in the heart of Oro Valley, but on a quiet street. The building is easy to find and is just steps from the pool and grill area. We wouldn't consider any other location in the complex, we love this one and think you will too.
