Completely renovated in the 1980s, it consists of two apartments on the ground floor. A self-contained apartment of approximately 80 square metres, featuring a double bedroom (twin beds available upon request), a living room with two single beds, a kitchen-dining area, and a bathroom with a tub. We are located 1.6 km from the centre of the town of San Martino Buon Albergo (VR), 1.7 km from the San Martino Buon Albergo train station, and 2 km from the Verona Est highway exit on the A4 highway.
About 1.5 km away is the “Le Corti Venete” shopping centre, featuring numerous stores, including a laundromat, a supermarket, and several cafes.
The Verona Fairgrounds can be easily reached via the A4 highway or via the ring road in 20 minutes.
The Verona Arena and the city centre can also be reached by bus or taxi in about 20 minutes. Lake Garda and the main amusement parks are about 30 minutes away.
