Located in downtown Coyoacán, on the ground floor and facing a beautiful garden, this apartment offers a peaceful and welcoming setting for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

For reservations of one or two guests, only one bedroom will be available. The second bedroom will be opened for groups of three guests or may be requested for an additional fee of MXN $200 per night.

The property is located in a condominium with a shared entrance and includes all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Nearby, you will find a convenience store two blocks away and Viveros de Coyoacán six blocks away. Museums, Oasis Shopping Center, UNAM, and Copilco Metro Station are all approximately 10 minutes away.

A washing machine is also available for an additional fee of MXN $120 per load.

The property does not offer parking.

Upon arrival, guests must leave a security deposit of MXN $3,000, which will be refunded at check-out.
