The closest organized beach is Ayia Napa Marina, an elegant white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters and superb restaurant facilities. Ayia Thekla and Makronissos Beach as well as the cosmopolitan Nissi Beach, all with fine white sand and crystal-clear blue waters, are about 5 minutes' drive from the villa.

Ayia Napa center is just 10 minutes' drive away, offering a plethora of restaurants, taverns, coffee shops, bars, clubs, the famous Hard Rock Cafe an impressive Luna Park for children of all ages, supermarkets, pharmacies and a clinic. Closer to the villa there are many amenities including bus stop, 24-hours Kiosks, mini-markets, fruit markets, bakeries, and all amenities you will need for a relaxing holiday.

Listed Prices include 300KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh.

For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times.
