Holiday Lights are spectacular in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this time of the year. Onsite amenities include the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls Indoor Waterpark with a lazy river, slides, etc. Each registered guest receives a free water park armband for the entire week. There are outside heated pools plus a Serenity Spa by Westgate which includes facials, manicures, and pedicures, body wraps and massage treatments. Onsite Restaurant and Market Place Grill along with groceries for your convenience. Mini golf on top of mountain beside the 5000 building. On site free shuttle to waterpark and restaurants/groceries. Inexpensive Trolley to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge if you prefer not to drive your vehicle. Living Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Fireplace, 2 King Beds and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas.

Pet Policy: This is a Pet friendly Resort. There is a $150 pet deposit fee which will be refunded at checkout pending no damages to the room. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. They will be charged a Pet/Cleaning fee of $150. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and a pet is found in the room, they will be charged an additional $100. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's actions and any damages that may occur.

CHECK-OUT: 10 AM. Failure to checkout by that time could result in an extra charge of $60 to your credit card.
