This was the second time we have stayed here and love it! We chose the location for a weekend tournament at Rocky Top Sports World, and it is so lovely and quiet. Beautiful views of the trees and wonderful outdoor space.

This cabin was everything I was looking for to relax, unwind and refresh. The pictures of the cabin were exactly what I was looking for in this short getaway. The views were fantastic. The outdoor living room was a great place to sit in the egg swing or lay on the couch swing while I was reading my books. The hot tub was clean, relaxing and a nice way to end each evening. The kitchen had everything I needed during the stay. The tv’s in all the rooms were fantastic so I didn’t miss any of my football games. Thank you Jamie and Frank for allowing me to unwind in your wonderful cabin!

We loved this cabin. We travel to Gatlinburg several times a year and this was one of the best cabins we have ever stayed at. Hosts are great and the cabin pictures don't do enough justice. Gorgeous property with everything you need there and nice and new. It feels so comfortable and cozy. Will be staying there again on future trips if it's available. We absolutely loved the back porch area.

Highly recommend this place!! Beautifully decorated, outfitted with everything you would need or want for a fun & relaxing stay. The bed & pillows were super comfy and I really enjoyed the hot tub after hiking in the Smokies. The lower covered outdoor space was great - very peaceful relaxing on the couch swing!

We've stayed at several rental properties through the years but this property is one of the best. It is so well taken care of. It's beautifully decorated and every space is comfortable. The outdoor space under the house is just the best. There are plenty of things to entertain your party but it is also perfectly set up for pure relaxation. We took our little dog with is and the owners even provide little items just for the canine visitors. The only things I can even think to pick at is that it's kind of challenging to find the first time. Just pay close attention to your driving directions and you'll be fine. The only other thing is be aware of the bear activity in the area. You will see them so be careful to keep food out of their reach. Do not leave it in your car. You will not regret staying at this property. We will definitely go back.

My family had a great time at this cabin and truly enjoyed our stay. The whole place has a treehouse feel, which made it a fun and unique experience. We spent a couple of relaxing evenings in the hot tub and loved starting our mornings sitting in the hanging chairs on the covered deck—such a peaceful spot.Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. The cabin itself was very comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and we felt right at home during our stay.As a bonus, we even had an afternoon visit from a black bear, which made the stay feel even more like a true mountain getaway.One small FYI for future guests: the roads leading to the cabin (Ownby Ter vs. Ownby Cir) can be a little confusing if you’re arriving after dark and aren’t familiar with the area. This isn’t an issue with the owner or the property—just something to keep in mind for nighttime arrivals.Overall, my family really enjoyed the cabin and would happily stay again.
