Enjoy a complimentary stay at this 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of the Parque Margarita complex in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. We promise a beautiful, comfortable and awe-inspiring holiday. The complex is positioned in a central location with all amenities on your doorstep.

Recently refurbished, the owner has embellished the apartment with a stylish décor! Fully equipped throughout, contains all essentials such as living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Relax in the warmth outside on the balcony and appreciate the panoramic mountains views in front of you! The lounge includes UK channels plus TV channels from other countries and free WiFi for you to make full use of.

Fancy a dip? There are two heated communal pools to choose from with many sun loungers also free for you to use. The complex benefits from an on-site pool bar which offers a wide range of snacks and drinks. This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION;

The apartment is located on Parque Margarita complex, close to the centre of Los Cristianos and the sandy beach. There are a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks etc immediately outside the complex. Los Cristianos has a beautiful safe and clean beach, ideal for families with plenty of shops, bars for entertainment and Tenerife south airport is only 15 minutes from the accommodation. Las Americas is a 5 minute drive away. During the night the complex remains peaceful and quiet so we are sure you will receive a good nights sleep at Parque Margarita in Los Cristianos.

Great apartment by the sea

We really enjoyed our stay here, communication was very good and we found it easily. The apartment was clean and welcoming. We were near all amenities and the beaches so it was a good base for our holiday. We would definitely return.

So glad we chose this accommodation. Was hesitant as it did not have many reviews yet. But, we were already on-island and knew the area. The apartment gets lovely sun, there is a great community feel at the onsite bar/pub and pool and the apartment was well equipped with everything you could need. It is also near the elevator which is handy for elderly people. And there were many restaurant and drinking iptions near by. (We liked The Bull and Moon and all of the restaurants on that strip), Casey’s, and the Thai restaurant. There are also two grocery stores very nearby and a taxi rank. Perfect location. Thanknyou again for a lovely stay.

Great find

We booked a fairly last minute break to Los Cristianos, having never been before. The apartment was in a great location, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, but managed to be still quiet and peaceful, and only a 10-15 min walk to the seafront. Plenty of on street parking nearby. The complex was immaculate with 2 pools and a busy little bar. The apartment was perfect for our weeks stay, with the added bonus of a huge balcony with Mountain View’s and morning sun. We would definitely return to this apartment again.
