Convenient and relaxing apartment

This is a lovely property. It is in a good location close to the vibrant Main Street in Tynemouth and the beach. We had some problems with the website and finally were only able to pay when a very helpful agent helped us. I do think however that the property is somewhat 'tired' particularly the white paintwork. There is also a crack in the basin in the bathroom. it would be helpful to have information about the household - how to use the heating, bin arrangements etc. The carpet in the 'public area" is badly stained and not completely secure on a couple of steps. Despite these minor issues we did enjoy our stay and would return to this property if visiting Tynemouth again.
