Welcome to our spacious flat on the 2nd floor, conveniently accessible by lift. This bright and welcoming space is designed to offer you maximum comfort during your stay in Milan.

The spacious and bright living room features comfortable sofas, a dining table and a TV for you to relax and enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine to get your day off to a good start.

The sleeping area consists of two spacious double bedrooms, both equipped with two comfortable double beds to ensure a restful sleep. One of the rooms also has a small balcony and a practical workstation, although the PC screen present cannot be used.

The windowed bathroom is modern and impeccably clean, with a spacious shower.

To add comfort and convenience to your stay, we provide a washing machine, reliable WiFi connection and air conditioning to ensure a pleasantly cool environment in the warmer months.

Situated in a convenient and well-connected location, this flat is ideal for exploring the city and having an authentic experience.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Great location in Milan

We loved our stay in Milan. The residence was very close to the train and metro station which worked perfect for us! Easy check in and check out. Especially happy that there was an elevator as it helped with getting our bags up and down with little effort. The apartment was ideal and we would stay again!!

Perfect for us

We stayed in this lovely apartment at the beginning of a work trip. It is very close to the central train station, and the neighborhood was so generally convenient. Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies nearby. The apartment itself was very nice and also quiet, which we came to appreciate as we moved on. Easy communication, we would stay again.

Would Definitely Recommend

Check in was easy. However, we never met the owner, which would have been nice. Hostmate represents the owner and Alberto from the Hostmate office met us directly at the apartment for check in, which we greatly appreciated. Alberto was friendly and answered all our questions. We never saw Alberto again. Apartment was just as advertised. Pictures on the website are accurate. Very spacious and updated. We appreciated the two separate bedrooms. We have a family of 4 adults and there was plenty of bedroom space. Bathroom was updated and clean. Apartment is 3 flights of stairs up, so be prepared for a workout. There is a working elevator, but it’s so small that it only fits 2 adults comfortably. My teenager used it more than the rest of us. Location of apartment is only 7 minutes walk to Milan Centrale. Plenty of restaurants around. We did both walking and Uber. We walked to the Duomo (30 minutes). We also used an Uber to go to Santa Maria delle Grazie (Last Supper Tour). We didn’t use any taxi’s as Uber was very easy and we didn’t have to find a taxi stand. All the cars that picked us up were Mercedes. Our only disappointment was some amenities. We asked a week in advance if they provided shampoo. Hostmate said yes. However, when we arrived, the shampoo they provided was several little bottles of shampoo that looked like hotel travel sizes. We also could not find any extra toilet paper, so we just bought extras at a nearby store. Check out was easy! We just left the keys!

Fantastic Apartment Near Central Milan Station (10 Min Walk)

Great apartment centrally located to nice restaurants and the Central Milan Station. The apartment was very nice and plenty of room. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The hosts were super nice and lovely to work with.
