After a day of excursions around the island, you can cool off in the large private chlorine pool that measures 12 x 7 meters and has a depth of 1.2 to 1.9 meters. Maybe you want a quick game of ping pong before getting ready to enjoy a delicious barbecue in the evening. The property is fenced and you will enjoy total privacy.

The interior of the one-story house has all the comforts for an independent stay as well as a refreshing modern style. In the great living room you can relax while watching satellite TV and cooling off with the air conditioning. Next to this you find the fantastic kitchen-dining room with capacity for 10 people, AC, wood stove and ceramic hob. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The 4 bedrooms are on the main floor and all have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The last one also has an annex with a bunk bed in case your children prefer to sleep near their parents. Also in the house there are 2 cots and a high chair if you need it.

The location of the house in the center of the island is perfect, since you can access anywhere in a short time In Petra there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and train stop. The surroundings of Petra have a marked rural style that invites you to take long walks in the countryside, go hiking, cycling and explore the beauty of this quiet part of the island. And if you want to go to the beach, from Petra you have many options, all of them very accessible only 20 minutes away by car. We recommend Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort or the beach of Son Serra de Marina.
