Magnificent Ibizan-style house of 150 m2, spacious, comfortable and illuminated with finishes and luxury conditioning. Construction of two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen. Located on a plot of almost 500 m2, the house has a barbecue area, solarium, garden and a chill-out area on the upper floor. It is located in a privileged area for simultaneously offering comfortable access to the center of the town and to the different areas of this and in turn endowed with more than pleasant tranquility so to thank in our holidays.
In the house they will have detailed and privileged information of Conil and surroundings, where to go to eat ... interesting places to visit ... which beach to move according to the climatological conditions a priori unimportant, but fundamental for an optimal use of the vacations .

Absolutely wonderful villa and stay!!!

We booked this villa for our two families to stay in southern Spain, and it was absolutely stunning villa! The house was large, clean, very central to town so we could walk over, and the yard/pool exceeded our expectations. The location of the town we found ideal, much more to offer than expected and stunning beaches. Also very central to do day trips or stay local with the kids. Nacho was an amazing host, communicative and helpful, quick to respond, and just a generally great guy. We loved our stay here and would certainly be back to the area and this villa!

La Ballena Azul es un alojamiento increíble. Muy bonito, muy bien cuidado y una casa en la que es muy agradable estar. La casa en sí estaba muy limpia y cuidada, y la parte exterior de jardín, piscina y terraza son un lujo. Está en una zona un poco alejada del centro de Conil, pero eso nos gustó porque no tuvimos problema para aparcar ya que pudimos dejar todos los coches dentro de la casa y al centro de conil podíamos llegar andando. Además, como tiene la piscina a pesar de hacer bastante levante uno de los días en la casa pudimos estar muy bien.Nacho, el dueño, es encantador y ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos!!!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great experience and want to thank Nacho for everything. The communication was first class and the house was really lovely and very relaxing. Set on a peaceful and friendly street and within walking distance to all the shops and the beach. Hopefully we’ll return, great host, thank you again Nacho!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Schönes 2 stockiges Haus mit viel Charme, dass liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Die Terrasse und der Garten hat uns sehr gefallen. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der einzige Mangel war die unsaubere Küche sonst alles tip top sauber. Wir würden wieder kommen !

Es una casa preciosa, y aunque hay que coger el coche para ir a la playa o al pueblo está muy bien ubicada porque se llega en unos minutos. El trato con Nacho, el propietario ha sido exquisito, te da facilidades y toda la confianza. Tiene un gran porche para cenar al aire libre y tener una buena velada. La habitación de la planta de arriba es espectacular! La casa en general es muy bonita y cómoda. Gracias!!

La maison donne envie de prolonger le séjour. Le quartier, tout prés du centre est paisible, le jardin reposant et la maison,confortable et bien équipée d'une propreté irréprochable. Nacho, le propriétaire est discret mais disponible. Notre séjour a été particulièrement agréable.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Conil

Das Ferienhaus ist super schön und sehr gut gelegen!! Es ist in einem ruhigen Quartier , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nahe. Das Ferienhaus ist zwar freistehend aber ein gleiches Haus steht direkt nebenan - was jedoch gar nicht störend ist, da jedes Haus separate Zugänge und getrennte Gärten hat. Das Haus ist im pueblostil gebaut und bietet eine herrliche Dachterasse ( auch windgeschützt) und einen schönen Garten!! Man kann auch draussen kochen. Eingerichtet ist das Haus sehr individuell und liebevoll und es ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Nacho, der Besitzer, ist super nett und sehr unkompliziert!! Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Conil sehr genossen und werden sicher wieder kommen!! Wir können dieses tolle Ferienhaus nur weiterempfehlen!!
