Villa in Roche

We stayed in the villa for a week in May. We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is great, big, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool, in a quiet area near the beach. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful vacation: a well equipped kitchen, a gas-bbq, different terraces on different floors, it has a traditional feel, and is very comfortable. We highly recommend this Villa, we we did not want to leave.

Es war alles super ausgestattet und in großzügiger Menge vorhanden. Ein winziger Minuspunkt ist der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Hier sollte man über eine bessere Belüftung nachdenken.

Super Lage, tolles Haus. FĂźr uns als (Erwachsene-) Familie perfekt. KĂźche ist super ausgestattet, Strand- und BadetĂźcher, sowie Decken gibt es mehr als genug. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wirklich wohl gefĂźhlt!

I’m since some years retired and fulfilled me ma dream a house at the beach and bought this lovely villa.
I can be there only few time, so I desired to rent the house and give other families the chance to live at this beautiful region.

Why they chose this property

Roche is one of the nicest Urbanisation you can find along this coastline.
Clean - save - not much people - more or less private beach.
The beach is so nice you can walk hours or whatch the sunset.
You have Restaurants around 5-15 min
Next to conil or novo - also an hospital 8 min.

What makes this property unique

This house has an unique Andalusia style through all rooms - the kitchen is in the original style - modern heating and cooling system. A saltwater pool (better fore the skin). And the best is the rooftop terrace which you can see the sunset over the Atlantic😎
Also fantastic is the garden with Palms Pines and other exotic plants.
