A modern and newly renovated apartment that is situated about 800 m from the beach and 1 km from Rovinj downtown. The apartment has an easy access since it has a building private parking and is on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fan / extractor, toaster, water kettle, Kitchen utensils and dining area, the living room has a convertible sofa for 1 person, SAT TV and air condition, the master bedroom is a double bad, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The towels and bed linen are included for free.

Pets are allowed only on request.
Smoking is not allowed.
