Spacious apartment (70sqm) on the ground floor with private access. Terrace with awning, living room with adjoining dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 shower / WC, 1 separate toilet with small sink, air conditioning in the bedrooms.

To be paid on the spot: final cleaning EUR 45.- once and visitor's tax EUR 1.- per person and night.

general: Holiday house with large garden and parking in the secluded quiet grounds in Anliegerstrasse. Shops in town, bus (180m) to the city of Rovinj and the beach. Mountain bike and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, German-speaking care on site. A total of 2 apartments in the main house for 4 persons (à70m ²). On the area there is also a small romantic cottage for 2 persons.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Rovinj Selo

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung für 5 Nächte gebucht. Leider hatten wir an 3 Tagen schlechtes Wetter, sodass wir sehr auf die Ferienwohnung angewiesen waren. Eine wunderschöne großzügige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer großen Terrasse, in der wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern. Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung kann man unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Familienurlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen von unseren deutschen Vermietern. Es fehlte an nichts und jederzeit konnten wir Fragen stellen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Hat alles gepasst.

Die Wohnung war etwas abgelegen. Sehr ruhige Lage. Es war alles da. Was wir vermisst haben war Tiefkühlfach , Toaster, Microwelle. Die Gastgeber waren super nett. Sprechen Deutsch und haben viele Tipps gegeben. Ich kann die Wohnung empfehlen.

Einfach gut

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht den Bildern. Sie war super sauber und gepflegt. Als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge ist die Wohnung uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sehr geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet, die Terrasse ist sehr großzügig und mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und herzliche Vermieter, wir haben uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.
