This captivating home lays in 1,5 acre of outstanding natural beauty, with a 500m2 lawn covered area and is embellished with a 35m2 private heated swimming pool with a special children’s pool compartment, as well as a six seater -heated spa whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. The Villa boasts BBQ facilities (charcoal) for culinary wonders, as well as a shaded outdoor dinning area. With outdoor settings & tableware, don’t miss the opportunity to gather the family for a summer supper in the al fresco dining area. Cleverly designed indoor living and sumptuous furnishings create a calming sensory design throughout. The spacious villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a family or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. In addition, 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed (which can be placed either in one of the double bedrooms with the Queen Size beds, or in the living room area) and the other one in the single sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity of the Villa is 10 guests.

Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 

- Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 50€/day for the first two days & 35€/every additional day.
- Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Location Overview
Episkopi is a small town near to the famous city of Rethimno, overlooking the northern coast of Crete, and the green and fertile valley of Mousselas river. Episkopi is the administrative and commercial centre of the area, providing quite a few facilities such as tavernas, supermarkets, a bakery, an ATM machine, a post office, as well as a fish shop and a butchery.

The homonym beach Episkopi is located really close, just 5 minutes away by car, in a fertile valley with lowlands. It is a long beach, which is sandy and shallow, like most beaches of Northern Crete. It is very well organised, since there are many hotels, restaurants, taverns, bars and all the amenities one could need. In the western part of the beach you can find places with lifeguards, showers, changing rooms, umbrellas, snack bars, water sports, etc., perfect for children. However, given its large size, you can certainly find a quiet spot, especially in the eastern part. Lastly, at the beginning of the beach on the east side there is an opportunity for naturism.

Then you could visit the neighbouring village of Argiroupolis, with its springs and lush vegetation…a taste of Cretan paradise, breathtaking view for your eyes, calming water sounds from waterfalls for your ears and divine taste for your mouth!

Moreover, Lake Kournas is also located in close proximity. A beautiful freshwater lake in the midst of a mountain backdrop, you can sunbathe around the lake, there are sun beds, or if you prefer, go swimming in the lake.

Furthermore, Petres beach is located at the eastern end of the vast beachfront of Episkopi It is named after the imposing Petres Gorge that finishes here. All around there are some facilities such as, restaurants, a diving school, etc. In the main cove of Vythos, which lies north of the others, there are umbrellas and it is less sandy. The rocky seabed is ideal for fishing and snorkelling.
