Our cosy apartment is located on the second floor of the main house (it is not a condo), with space for up to two guests in a double bed and one bathroom. The bedroom has a TV with Roku and Wi-Fi. Our kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay: a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils. We also have an iron, a fire extinguisher, and a first-aid kit. The apartment’s AC is in the bedroom (a mini-split unit). The living area is equipped with a ceiling fan.

We’re located about 15–20 minutes by car from the airport and the tourist area of Isla Verde 🏖. It features an outdoor terrace with a bar and patio set for two people—in short, everything you need to enjoy a pleasant sunny day, a beautiful sunset, or the cool night breeze on a romantic evening in this lovely space. Sunrise Breeze Apartment is a comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with a slightly modern decor, 1 bathroom, a living room-kitchen, and an outdoor terrace. 1 room with a full-size bed, air conditioning, and a 32" Smart TV. The room, which serves as a common area for guests of this unit, features a trundle bed (2 single beds), furniture, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, and glasses, among other items. In the living room, you’ll find a breakfast nook that seats 2 people. The bathroom has hot water (please note that the water doesn’t come out scalding hot because these water heaters operate at high water pressure, and since we’re on the second floor, the pressure is lower), as well as a shampoo dispenser, conditioner, and body wash. This beautiful and comfortable apartment features an outdoor terrace with a patio table and two chairs, as well as a bar area with two stools.


We’ve provided all the amenities to make you feel right at home. There are no common areas shared with other guests; the entire apartment is reserved for you and your guests, ensuring plenty of privacy. You’ll find all the basic kitchen utensils you need to prepare your favourite meals. In short, you’ll feel right at home.

Once you’re on the property, you’ll have access to the entire apartment, including the terrace. There are two separate apartments, each with its own amenities; therefore, guests are asked not to—and are prohibited from—climbing over or jumping the protective railings to access the other apartment and/or neighbouring areas. In front of the entrance door to each apartment, there is a small square where guests should not linger, as it obstructs the entrance and infringes on the privacy of other guests.
