Stayed at Vittorio's property for 3 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was great. Could walk to the majority of sites in Rome within 25 minutes. There is a handful of stairs to get to the elevator as well as after you arrive on the floor, so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage. Vittorio was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

We had an incredible stay. Vittorio is an excellent host who is incredibly responsive. I was grateful that he was able to hold our luggage while we waited for check in. Apartment was immaculately clean and had comfortable beds. The location could not be better with 1-2 min walk to Piazza Del Poppolo and Piazza Da Spagna. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vittorio for an incredible stay.

My sister and I loved our stay at this lovely apartment in the best neighborhood in Rome. It is a block from the Spanish Steps and near many boutiques, restaurants, markets and other shops. It is also an easy walk to several major sites (Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza Navona). The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and quiet (faces interior courtyard). We slept very well in the comfortable beds. Vittorio was a great host—always available to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

The apartment is located in a fantastic neighborhood, a tiny walk to the Spanish Steps. The numerous alleys with wonderful restaurants and endless designer stores provide entertainment right out of the front door—and we loved being conveniently located to many must-see sights in Rome. Vittorio went out of his way to make sure that we had all the information that we needed and he continued to provide fantastic assistance throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

This VRBO was perfect for our family of 4 for 3 days in Rome. The windows opened up to a courtyard so even though you are on a busy street, it was quiet with them opened or closed. Nice living area. A/C in each room. Several flights of stairs but there is a small elevator for either luggage or 1-2 people. The bedrooms are a nice size and comfortable. The kitchen has a small fridge, sink and cooking surface. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, hairdryer, toilet paper and towels. There is also a 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Our host, Vittorio, was so wonderful. He met us at the property and showed us how to work everything and give us the keys. This location is close to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We did walk to the Vatican (30 minutes) but took an Uber to the Colosseum. Other notable sites were also in walking distance. We loved this location! Thank you Vittorio for letting us stay at your VRBO!! It was a great experience!!!

This was an amazing location, really close to all our points of interest and we felt very safe here no matter the time of day. Vittorio always responded quickly to any quest89’s we had and the apartment itself was perfect for what our family of 4 needed. Our host was very accomodating. We were about 3 hours later than anticipated checking in and he was wonderful about it. He still met us when we arrived and showed us everything. The apartment is exactly as pictured. The location is wonderful. Close (walking distance) to EVERYTHING including many, many restaurants, gelato, shopping, etc...and a taxi stand at the Spanish Steps 1.5 blocks away. Lots of tourists in the area but.... we were tourists! There is a European sized elevator but we usually used the stairs. The apartment was nice and quiet. The air conditioning (splits in each room) worked perfectly and we definitely appreciated it in August! The "kitchenette" area is small. Our only wish would be a slightly larger refrigerator with a freezer (yes, we're Americans, we like ice) but that said, for 3 people the utensils, etc... were fine. I would recommend this apt for anyone with 2-4 adults and would definitely stay again.

Great location for short stay in Rome

I met my two teenage daughters in Rome for six days. The apartment was centrally located near the Spanish Steps - we walked EVERYWHERE! Great restaurants all around the apartment. Very clean and really a great spot! The host was really helpful and very responsive!
