What stood out most were the amenities and the overall setup of the home. The property was extremely well equipped, especially for hosting and food preparation, which made our graduation weekend and small gathering easy and enjoyable. An overall great experience! This property is unique & beautiful, especially the gourmet kitchen! The description offered was accurate. The house offers a lot of space for friends & family to relax & enjoy spending time together. It offers plenty of comfortable seating. During times of extreme heat the main level can be hard to cool. King bed in lower level was not very comfortable but otherwise top notch property & great experience! We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful property

The home is very large and we had plenty of room for our celebration with family and friends. The kitchen is amazing and the beds are a dream. The outdoor space was beautiful as well. Would love to stay here again.

Our overall impression and stay was very good!The environment was very warm and welcoming, great decor and the master bedroom bed waws super comfy! Wanted to let you know we had bought a ton of meat to grill-and the grill was not working and it was super dark out there. We got back to the home after 8 and started cooking. Also, the open concept shower was not favorable as water was dispersed everywhere in the bathroom. Also, downstairs bedroom needs an open dresser/closet for clothing storage.

Graduates of the University of Arkansas and long time Fayetteville residents, we are excited to share our home with others visiting NWA. Our home is a "boutique" rental for those looking for a unique get away. We hope you will find that our personal gracious style of living and entertaining is what you are looking for in planning your next gathering. Sequoyah Flats is nestled at the western foot of Mt. Sequoyah. A short drive up Assembly Drive offers breathtaking views in all directions.
Our home consisting of two levels, the Upper and Lower Flat together offer guests a unique opportunity to plan small events and reside all under on roof. Upon occasion one level may be rented without the other by special request.

Why they chose this property

Our unique home is centrally located near all Fayetteville attractions. The building is a former church, constructed by church members in 1975. It was home to various nondenominational groups through the years. We have had the pleasure of gaining first hand accounts from those who provided the materials and labor for construction. Our recent remodel retains the integrity of the building and brings an upscale multi use home to the area. Many re-purposed materials were worked into the new plan to add charm and historical value.

A Sequoyah Flats rental offers a unique added value to your lodging experience.
Our nightly listing price is per night is for 4 BR, but negotiable if only 2 BR are used either up or down.
Guests have the option of hosting their own small event... making it very cost efficient for savvy renters.
In addition to the obvious U of A events, it is perfect for Wedding Showers, Bridesmaid Luncheons, Rehearsal Dinners, Anniversary Parties or even a small wedding in the Courtyard Garden.
Fayetteville's extensive line up of local caterers would gladly work up a plan for your party.
Our two complete kitchens make planning and serving a breeze.
