The villa can accommodate up to eight people, with the capacity to accommodate more if guests are under ten years of age; pets are allowed.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living room equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace, which opens onto a glass-enclosed dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a pantry, dishes, and glassware. There is also a half-bath.


On the upper floor are four spacious bedrooms and a living area with access to a terrace, along with two full bathrooms—one of which is en suite.


As for outdoor spaces, the house features a 2,500-square-meter garden, a large swimming pool with varying depths, a wooden porch, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining area, a garage, and a bathroom with an outdoor shower.Access to private mountain trails from the house
