Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in the Milenio building in Nerja. This great place has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 single beds, with a total capacity for 4 people. It also has a luminous living room with a dining area that connects to the ample kitchen with a bar. From the living room, which also has a fireplace, you can access the large south-west looking terrace, where you can enjoy outdoor dinners and wonderful sunsets.



The place also has air conditioning, high speed internet access, Smart TV, two full bathroom with shower and everything you need to spend an amazing holiday with your family or friends, and you will be happy to know that the Milenio building is only 200m away from the Carabeo beach and a few minutes’ walk from the city centre, the Balcón de Europa.



We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.

Ideal location

This is a perfect location for proximity to beaches and the town. The apartment has a lovely sunny southwest aspect with sea view. We were excellently looked after by the staff at Casasol.

Really spacious apartment. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, it had everything you need if you wanted to cook in. Great location for both Burianna Beach and the old town. There was a problem with the safe which wasn’t resolved during our stay

Lovely apartment in Nerja

Apartment is in great condition, two specious bedrooms and two bathrooms. 1 bathroom is very modern with a very big shower. Location is great. Complex has an efficient lift. Casa sol rep Ana met us very late which was appreciated. View is of the car park which isn’t great. The balcony doesn’t get direct sunlight. Waste management wasn’t explained (where to put bins etc)

Excellent service by the office staff

The staff were so helpful and friendly starting from being met by a representative as we got out the taxi,allowing us to get into our apartment immediately, telling us all about the apartment. On Christmas Eve a knock on our door and a bottle of wine plus chocolate from Casasol Holidays. On our day of departure we were allowed to leave our cases in the apartment until our taxi picked us up. Keep up the excellent standard you give your customers

The thoughtful gesture of receiving a bottle of wine and chocolate on Christmas Eve adds a special touch to the holiday spirit. Additionally, the flexibility in allowing you to leave your cases in the apartment until your departure is a great example of customer-oriented service. Perfekter Aufenthalt in Nerja

Wir haben das Apartment bereits mehrfach gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, das man auf einen Parkplatz sieht, was uns jetzt nicht gestört hat. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gewohnt perfekte Service vom Casasol-Team. Mir fällt nichts ein.

Easy access, D/W, washing machine, west facing, large rooms. Close to town and Carabeo beach; Burriana beach 5 minutes away. Some street parking; large paid parking lot never full.

Wie immer alles perfekt

Wir buchen schon seit vielen Jahren über Casasol Appartements in Nerja und auch dieses Mal war alles prima. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der perfekte Service, da gibt es nichts zu verbessern. Die nächste Reise über Casasol ist schon gebucht.
