This wonderful luxurious apartment is set on the top floor of a modern apartments complex in central Monemvasia. Due to its location it has a panoramic view of the Monemvasia Medeival Castle and unlimited Sea View. It accommodates at least 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.

Fantastic apartment perfect location

My family and I absolutely loved this apartment. We found it to be modern yet homey, interesting architecturally and decorated in great style. Beds were comfortable, bedding was lovely, kitchen was fully stocked, all balconies had furniture, spacious, easy parking, black out curtains in every bedroom, very clean, lots of storage for everyone. The kids loved exploring the different attics and stairs and the sitting room was very large for everyone to sit comfortably. The location is perfect, so near the action but not right in the action which was great because it was very quiet. The view of the Kastro is even more spectacular than in the photos and you have access to the roof top as well for star gazing at night. The hostess Mara was more than accommodating, answering my messages immediately even when I needed help in the middle of the night getting a cab. Thank you Mara, this will be my go to place next time I visit Monemvasia.

Why they chose this property

This apartment is built in a central part of the city, 1.500m away from the historic castle city and 700m from the bus stop which will make your access to it easier and shorter. Specifically, it is located behind the church of Agios Leontios, very close to the main square of Monemvasia where besides a bus you can take taxi that will leave you at the entrance of the castle.
However if you want you can visit the castle on foot (about 20 minutes). The nearest beach to the house is just five minutes on foot and the nearest organized beach is about 5 minutes away by car.
There is a large supermarket in 5 minutes on foot and a mini market in 3 minutes on foot. The center of Monemvasia is at 5 minutes where you can find bar restaurants and the local market.

SEA & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES The area of Monemvasia is the ideal destination for lovers of sea and nature. It is endowed with many beautiful beaches, as throughout the peninsula the steep slopes of Parnon ending sea of Kyparissi to Cape Malea – there are dozens of options for swimming and water activities. Especially friends of windsurf and kitesurf will find in the area some of the best places in Greece to practice their favorite sport. It would not be an exaggeration to call one area of Monemvasia as the paradise of hiking. From north to south of the peninsula there are dozens of routes, combining spectacular mountain and coastal scenery of the Peloponnesian nature with picturesque villages and historical monuments from all eras.
