Apartment was very nice. It has great location in London. The best was bus connection right to the center of city. There are also good shops around. Everyone had good time and we apreciate it.
Friendly and helpful, especially considering the last minute nature of our request. Location was great and Brenda made every effort to supply all we needed.

Stayed one week
We stayed one week. Apartment was not large enough for 6 adults. Might be possible to accommodate a family with small children. Manager is onsite all of the time and lives in the basement. Frequently communicated with manager.. Many locks and security cameras. We needed to keep the bathroom window open due to allergies.

Extended stay in Walworth
This flat needs some repairs. Still, beds are comfortable and basic needs can be met. It is on a very busy commercial street in a diverse and developing neighborhood. As naturally follows, there is a plentiful variety of delicious restaurants, ready access to shopping for any goods necessary and excellent access to transportation within the environment of heavy traffic and human bustle. The washer never worked for us and there was no dryer. We were there for a month and with a toddler, so the lack of that advertised amenity was very disappointing. Our host was friendly and pleasant, but she admitted she was very busy with many properties and we felt our needs were totally subject to her prioritization. Ultimately we accepted the pros and cons of our choice of bookings, but are hoping this more expansive description of the property will allow a more informed choice for others.
The apartment is small but comfortable. No a/c, but the cross breeze through the open windows made the temperature quite comfortable.
The check in process was annoying because we didn't have cell phone service due to an international outage. I was able to email and say that but I don't think she ever saw the messages. She claimed to have sent multiple messages, I responded to the only 1 I saw. She knew we were going to be later than we'd expected due to a delayed train. Fortunately, when she wasn't responding to emails sent when we were able to connect to WiFi, and when my WiFi call didn't go through to her (went to voicemail), we were able to have the next door Barber shop call her for us.
She was also quite insistent that we use WhatsApp to communicate with her because it's easier for her. My teenage son had to download the app for communication.
Also, the dryer listed on the listing still doesn't work, she is still trying to get a repairman. She claimed it isn't listed, but I always saw it included.
Overall a good place to stay. Bus stop is very close and made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. She was helpful for telling us where grocery stores were and where to get bus passes.

Grace Apartment
Brenda was helpful with the check-in process and contact for when we would arrive and how to get to the apartment from the airport (very helpful since we had our family and trying to navigate transportation for 6 of us).
The beds were comfortable and linens were provided.
I did sign a contract in person(not beforehand like I am used to) that included a section where the handyman or housekeeper could come into the apartment without notice. Our first full day when we returned to the apartment there were signs someone had been in the apt other than us (there was a butter knife on the ironing board we did not use any utensils and one of my bags that had hair product was zipped up and I did not have it zipped prior to leaving). I was not notified of anyone needing or even being in the apartment while we were gone until I sent a message asking about it and was told the handyman was there to fix a curtain, except there were no curtains needing to be fixed. Then there was another day they needed to be in the apartment for the shop below the apartment that had a water leak (I was notified of that) just felt uneasy knowing people were coming in and out while we were staying there. I have never had that happen at any VRBO we've stayed. The walls were so thin we could hear whispering. The locks for the door to the apartment are not safe if there were a fire. You have to use a key to lock/unlock the door there isn't a deadbolt. There was mold on the walls.
