Amazing place to stay. Good location, loads of shops and places to eat, close to underground station. Apartament very cosy, feels like home. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Christmas decorations was lovely. Host Jonnie was super friendly and helpful.
Jonnie was great and very responsive to any messages. It is a quick bus ride to the city center and lots of food options. Check out St. Louis Cafe in the basement of St. Peter’s Church for a great breakfast.
very functional accommodation, well maintained and rather spacious. very good reception and small attentions very appreciated. perfect to spend your holidays in London without paying too much and being close to everything by bus.
We stayed two nights. The apartment was roomy and clean. Mattresses were pretty soft.

Jonnie gave excellent instructions for checking in and things to do near by, and the bus and tube route schedules. It was our 1st time in London and it was fun having our own flat and having an assigned/secured parking lot was such a great bonus.

Loved the gated entry, and all the shops and. Food nearby.
There is even a 24 hr store close by.

It was clean and cozy. If you are not familiar with the area Jonnie's communication and detail directions are excellent. I will use again next time I come to the area.

The property had everything we needed and was conveniently located close to friends we were visiting. Great spot to have meals in or relax in the evening and play a game or read a book. Clear check in process and directions and really conveniently close to lots of transit. Jonnie went out of his way to communicate in advance of our visit, even though he was dealing with a stolen phone! Would definitely book again.
Outstanding owner to deal with! Instructions were great and easy to get to/check in. Property was good and well connected to public transport. Easily travel anywhere in the Big Smoke. Cheers

Host very responsive and helpful! Neighborhood a little distressed, but always felt safe. Distance from most typical tourist areas, but tube is walkable. Price was right, property clean and functional.

No surprises Our host Jonnie was great to work with. He added some mobility aids to the bathroom to make it easier to use the shower (grab bars). Location worked well for the event we were attending. Nice to try a new area of London. Burgess Park was very nice.

The flat is lovely and located in a perfect spot - an easy walk to groceries and other amenities and a short bus ride to Elephant & Castle Station. Getting to Central London was always easy. The flat is clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony on which we enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners. But perhaps the best part of this booking is the host -- he was always quick to respond to messages and incredibly accommodating when a flight delay caused us to change plans. I'd definitely recommend this spot when visiting London!

Prompt friendly responsive host who offered us an early check in and late checkout. Croissants and OJ welcomed us on our arrival. Apartment was clean and secure and easily accessible. Good size for 4 people.
Walk from Kennington tube station is faster and nicer through the suburb otherwise follow Jonnie’s instructions to catch bus from Elephant and Castle
