Casa Nuccia B is a graceful apartment situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Nuccia B you will enjoy a lovely view of the sea and of the other buildings. You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Santa Maria di Leuca, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 600 meters (660 yards) and the closest beach (the rocky Punta Ristola) at 250 meters (approximately 820 feet) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
Casa Nuccia B is located on the top floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the street level going up an external spiral staircase which consists of approximately 18 steps.
For a successful stay at Casa Nuccia B we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge or for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces). The townhouse is divided in three apartments. The access is on the mezzanine floor for two of them, on the top floor for the third apartment.

Laundry room
A laundry room is on the ground floor. You will be able to enter it through an external access. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with guests staying at 2 other apartments.  Terrace
The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table, chairs, two deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the other buildings.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is made of wood. The furnishings are bright and cheerful. The furnishings include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
