Well appointed kitchen has stove, cooktop, fridge, 2 sinks, stand alone ice maker, granite counters, toaster, microwave and full range of utensils.
The first Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with tub, shower and balcony access. 55" flat screen tv, seating area and large walk in closet.
The second Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and private gulf-front patio. Wall mounted flat screen tv and roomy closet. This suite can be locked off from the main living area for privacy.

Living in Texas, we know that you, our renters are well taken care of if there is ever an issue. Many owners are 2nd generation and have been at Surfside for years. Surfside isn't just an "investment property", it is our beach home!

The layout of our condo isn't your typical straight-line shot gun! With 7 floor to ceiling patio doors, huge patios and fan layout, everyone has beautiful views and plenty of room for everyone.
