OUR CONDO, 1002 CAN BE RENTED AS A 2 OR 3 BEDROOM OFF SEASON.

The living room of this large beach unit has a 65' flat screen tv and extended Cable. Comfy living area encourages you to put your feet up and relax. At night add the touch of the fireplace for ambiance! The kitchen opens up into living area so everyone can visit while entertaining or preparing meals. Seating for 8 at dining table and kitchen bar. Well appointed kitchen has stove, cooktop, fridge, 2 sinks, stand alone ice maker, granite counters, toaster, microwave and full range of utensils.

The first Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with tub, shower and balcony access. 55" flat screen tv, seating area and large walk in closet.

The second Master Suite has a king bed, private bath with walk in shower and private gulf-front patio. Wall mounted flat screen tv and roomy closet. This suite can be locked off from the main living area for privacy.

The third bedroom has 2 double beds and access to hall bath, as well as balcony access. Flat screen tv and DVD player.

This unit is non-smoking and non-pet and the Association policy prohibits renting to anyone under the age of 25.

Nice Place to Stay

The condo was nice and spacious and had very nice amenities on sight. The beach was beautiful and the surrounding area had everything needed for a great family vacation. The property manager was always helpful and responded every time I had a question or need. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

This condo was very nice. It held our family comfortably, with beautiful views. The kitchen is well equipped, the bar area was great, and it even had fans in the bedrooms. (We sleep with fans.) If there is anything that could use an uplift is the pool area. Its nice but could be updated.

Property a little dated. Wish it had bigger pool like all the other properties in the vicinity. Overall happy with stay. This individual unit was nicely equipped. Awesome views of Gulf.

Great family trip

We had a great time at Mary’s condo - it was clean and the views are beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the in-unit washer/dryer was great. The AC would turn off regularly requiring me to contact Mary and ask her to reset it. She was prompt in her replies and quick to fix the issue, but it happened 6 times.

Beautiful Views and Great Location

The unit was a great size. Every room had a view of the ocean and balcony access. We had 6 adults 2 kids around 10 and 2 under 2. It was plenty of room for us. Great communication from the owner . Would definitely recommend.

Home away from home

The room was beautiful and spacious. The view was on point! We loved staying there and had a great time! They had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook with so we didnt have to worry about anything. The only downfall was the air conditioning kept going out. Over all we absolutely loved the place!

Great stay at the beach

The property was in a great location. Check in was easy and great response from Mary about all things concerning the condo. We had one hiccup with the air due to maybe the storms but maintenance went around and reset everyone’s ac unit. We had a very enjoyable time.

Great place to vacation

The property was very clean and organized. The host communicated everything very clearly. The view was absolutely beautiful and our stay was comfortable. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and we all had a fantastic time with plenty of room. The check in process was smooth and everyone at Surfside Resort was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was amazing, we never ran out of hot water (even with all three showers going). Would highly recommend as a quiet, relaxing place to stay. We enjoyed and would stay again.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation! The views from all rooms in the condo were amazing! The floor to ceiling windows in the main living room/dinning room/kitchen area were spectacular! The condo was clean and ready for us as scheduled. The condo is decorated so well with a beach side/ocean feel! It was very helpful to have a washer and dryer inside our condo for our own personal use, especially with many trips being made to the beach. Mary was very helpful during the booking and during our stay. The Surfside resort offered many different perks such as beach side chairs and umbrellas, outdoor pools and hot tubs, basketball/tennis courts, grilling areas, onsite restaurant and beach side bar. We would definitely stay in this condo provided by Mary again!!

Beautiful Miramar Beach

We so enjoyed our stay at Miramar beach. Great location, spectacular views from the condo. Enough amenities to keep all ages in our group occupied. Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay!

Last minute gem of a find

We had to switch our last beach vacay of the waning days of summer last minute to avoid a hurricane and came across this gem. It was a perfect size for our party (3 adults and 3 kids). It has near 180deg oceanfront view, can see sunrise and sunset. IT can get hot in the unit if the shades are left up by mid day. The kitchen had all the basic appliances you will need. The beach is easy access across the street and the access to 4 chairs/umbrellas was great. It is close to nearby restaurants. We would definitely consider coming back again.

Perfect location, beautiful property

This location is absolutely perfect! I stayed here with my family and young baby and it was so easy and convenient walking down for quick visits to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the views were so beautiful. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and made the stay very enjoyable.

Awesome Girls Trip adventure

My college friends of 50 years always looks for someplace to visit annually to get together. This property has everything and even more than we anticipated. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was more than enough for 6 women. Almost anything we needed was there, from beach accessories including beach chairs and umbrellas to kitchen spices for cooking. You just needed to bring your toothbrush. Very close to grocery store and of eateries. Beach directly across street which can be accessed from connecting walkway above the street. We plan to come back next year and stay longer as our visit was just too short. The property owner was available when we had a question with quick response. You won’t be disappointed.

Excellent condo.

We loved this condo. Our entire family went (9 people total ranging from 1yr to grandparents) and we had plenty of room! The views were beautiful. The location was perfect and we walked to dinner and shopping. Would recommend to anyone!

A View From Every Room!

Beautiful condo! The view from every room is perfect to wake to each morning. Loved the 2 private beach access & beach chair service included!! The glass balcony is a little scary for children and made me nervous as a parent so my kids didn’t go out there that much but it’s beautiful to look at! Fully stocked Condo had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay from cooking, beach supplies, and even a few birthday supplies! The toilets were a little dirty & needed to be held for it to flush correctly, sometimes even twice. One closest door kept sliding off the rails so we had to keep adjusting the door when opening. We kept all of our purchased food in the fridge including pantry items because we saw a huge water bug on the kitchen countertop on the the first day of our week stay but didn’t see anything after that day. Overall, it was a great place with plenty of room for all 6 of my family members (4 adults & 2 kids ages 5 & 8 years old).

Clean, Comfortable, and Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views are amazing. The place was clean and well-stocked. The "pay it forward" system on this property works! I recommend going to the condo before you buy your supplies for the week. We were pleasantly surprised to find staples most condos don't allow to be left behind. We paid our unopened items forward as well. Host was amazing, responsive, and kind.
