About this property

Witcroft Cottage - a beautiful Edwardian Townhouse

Witcroft Cottage is a charming Edwardian three storey house built in 1903, stylishly furnished throughout and decorated using Farrow and Ball paint and is owned by Karen and Graham who run the award winning Ashbury Bed & Breakfast in Malvern.
The cottage is centrally located in a conservation area in the beautiful Georgian market town of Pershore on the River Avon, which is well located to visit Stratford Upon Avon, The Cotswolds, Worcester, Upton upon Severn , Malvern, Cheltenham, Broadway and many other great areas.

A wood burner adds a very cosy feature in the lounge area, to the open plan ground floor, to be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa and chair. In all three bedrooms (one being Kingsize, one being double and a single) we have put in really good quality mattress to provide a really comfortable nights sleep.

From the front door look across to elegant Georgian houses and black and white cottages and at the end of the road is the wonderful Pershore Abbey.
There are many good places to eat and drink as well as 2 supermarkets all within easy walking distance. The cottage is 5 minutes walk from the main street.

Torben

Cosy, comfy and convenient cottage.
We spent a few days at Witcroft Cottage in Pershore with our family of four to visit friends and discover a new place. Perfect location close to the town centre with cafés, restaurants and shops. Nice walks close by. It was great to be able to cook for ourselves and since we travelled with minimal luggage, we especially appreciated the washing machine.

House was very clean with fabulous decor using quality items.Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. It has a lovely garden area for sitting out.
