La Casata is an estate with magnificent gardens, forests and agricultural land that covers over 400 hectares on the hills between Greve and Panzano in Chianti.
The heart of the estate is its renaissance villa, built in 1300 by the Gherardini family, and surrounded by gardens that fill the spaces between rows of cypress trees, vineyards and olive groves. The Private Garden Suites are fresh and airy, with a gentle use of natural colourways linking indoor and outdoor spaces. All the suites have double bedrooms and a delightful private garden, where guests can sit and enjoy the sunset with an excellent glass of wine.

The generously-proportioned Classic Suites are ideal for two to three people. All the rooms are light and spacious, with exposed beams and carved ‘ pietra serena ’ stone details. Each suite has a double bedroom and one or two single beds in a separate room.

Our Family Suite sits in the tower of Estate La Casata farmhouse, with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards. With one double and one single bedroom, and a second bed, this is a perfect solution for families with children. Just a few steps away from the infinity pool and with nature on all sides, the Family Suite is furnished in a spare, contemporary style.

The covered terrace offers the perfect space to indulge in some pleasant summer reading or enjoy the panoramic view over the valley. From Estate La Casata e a myriad of paths criss-cross the garden, winding past strawberry trees, rosemary bushes and scented jasmines and lead guests to a lovely infinity pool which looks out across the olive orchard.
