This 4-room apartment, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is located on the elegant promenade, providing guests with a usable area of approximately 102m2. On the promenade you will also find the restaurants, the indoor and outdoor swimming pool, the supermarket and bike hire.



The stylish lounge and dining room has a seating area with a television and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully-equipped with luxury appliances including a gas hob, combi-oven and dishwasher. From the lounge, there is access to the furnished balcony, where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet and storage area. All bedrooms have twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a television. There is 1 bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The other bathroom has a shower and washbasin.



You can also enjoy free WiFi in your accommodation and at the resort. You can park your car in the main car park a short walk away.



General information: because of its location, Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor is not suitable for wheelchair users. The villas have been built on a slope, which makes them less suitable or unsuitable for people with mobility issues. Most of the apartments and facilities have lift access and are also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
