Located in the prestigious neighbourhood of Punta Lara overlooking Nerja and offering spectacular sea views from its elevated position, Villa Tierra Agua is a superb choice for your next villa holiday in Andalucia.
Designed over three levels, you enter the villa through the main door and there are steps up to the stunning swimming pool and sumptuous sea views. Steps will lead you down from the main entrance to the ground floor level and you will see first-hand the villa has been designed to maximise the sea views from most rooms, with contemporary style and décor using clean lines and whitewashed walls. The kitchen with a modern island, lounge and dining area are all open plan, creating a sociable living space for family and friends to enjoy. The stylish turquoise sofa faces out towards the sea, and from here there are sliding doors allowing natural light to stream in and which open out to the smartly furnished terrace. Stairs down to the lower ground floor where there are three bedrooms and another internal stairway to the last double bedroom on the second lower ground, all bedrooms offering the luxury of ensuite facilities.
The pool terrace is simply stunning, where infinity glass balustrades allow guests to savour those amazing Mediterranean vistas without interruption. To cool off from the hot Spanish sun, take a dip in the magnificent private pool, relax on the luxurious sunloungers or daybeds, and dine alfresco under the covered terrace next to a handy barbecue. When you're not busy enjoying the villa, the centre of Nerja is just over a kilometre away, where a great variety of local shops, bars and restaurants, plus a stunning coastline, are yours to discover.
Please note, this villa is in a hilly area, within the mountains of Nerja. To access the villa there is a path which is 115cm wide alongside 17 steps. The front door has a width of 75cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The path to the poolside is 75cm. The area is mostly flat but there are a large number of steps around the property, due to its mountainous location. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 19 steps to the lower ground floor, where all bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
