Zicht op de Molen is a cosy, luxurious holiday home in a beautifully situated, small-scale recreation park in the dunes of Egmond. From your terrace you have a view on the renovated mill and the dune landscape. Inside, you enjoy all the comforts you wish for in a holiday home and on a cold day or after a long walk, curl up next to the the fireplace.

Layout holiday home

On the ground floor you find the living room with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace, a TV, the dining table, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. Through the patio doors you step out onto the terrace and into the garden. On the first floor are 3 nice bright bedrooms situated, each with a comfortable double bed and there is a beautiful bathroom with a shower, sink and even a sauna!

Surroundings

The holiday home is situated only 2 km from the beach and the sea, so you can easily cycle there. The area is perfect for all types of visits, the pleasant village of Egmond aan Zee is one and a half kilometers away, but also the artists' village of Bergen and the historic center of Alkmaar are definitely worth a visit. If you want to find peace and space or if you want to be sporty, go to the beach, the dunes or the woods, these places are nearby and beautiful!

Urlaub im Luxusferienhaus Egmond

Egmond und Umgebung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings kann bei der Unterkunft nicht von einem Luxushaus gesprochen werden. Das Haus hätte sowohl innen als auch außen eine Grundreinigung vertragen können. Die Terrasse war mit Unkraut übersät, im Haus befanden sich überall Spinnweben mit den entsprechenden Bewohnern. Die Endreinigung beträgt 140,00 Euro und konnte nicht nachvollzogen werden. Es gab keine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu trocknen, da Haken fehlten. Ein Spiegel in einem Bad ist für 4 Personen sehr dürftig. In der kleinen Toilette konnte kein Handtuch angebracht werden. Die Treppe in das obere Stockwerk kann nicht von älteren oder gehbehinderten Personen genutzt werden, da sie sehr schmal und steil ist. Auch für Kleinkinder ist das Haus ungeeignet. Wir haben die Mängel angezeigt und erhielten zwar sofort Unterstützung. Doch konnten viele Mängel nicht behoben werden. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht!

Wir haben uns wirklich in die Lage und in der Haus verliebt 😍 super für Kinder super für Hunde und super um sich zu erholen. Einkaufsladen ist fusslläufig und 5 min mit dem Auto zum Strand . Ich würde immer wieder hierherkommen. Sauerkeit geht so aber da sonst alle Punkte stimmten , war das neben Sache . Sogar Netflix konnte man gucken . Freue mich schon aufs nächste mal .

Schönes Reiseziel in zentraler Lage

Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Egmont an Zee, ein kleines Seebad mit schönem Strand. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind Ausflugsziele wie Bergen (6 km), Alkmaar (10 km) und Amsterdam (50 km) mit dem Auto relativ schnell erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön und ruhig gelegen, es ist modern eingerichtet und hat einen gehobenen Komfort.

Gutes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. Allerdings fehlten ein paar Dinge, z.B. ein Handtuchhalter und ein Spiegel im Gästebad. Die Gardinen in den Schlafzimmern sind defekt, im Wohnzimmer schließen sie ebenfalls nicht richtig. Draußen fehlte das Outdoor-Sofa und ein Rückenkissen. Die Betten waren auf links gezogen. Fliegengitter, wg. der vielen Mücken wären schön gewesen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus hätte besser sein können. Es war nicht dreckig, aber in den Ecken waren Sand und Staubdreckreste zu finden. Beide Sonnenschirmsockel müssen getauscht werden. Einer war nicht zu benutzen, weil das Rohr zu saß und eine Arretierungsschraube fehlte und der andere Sockel so klein war, dass der Schirm ständig umkippte. Die Anlage mit den 20 Häusern ist ansonsten sehr gepflegt und in Egmond an den Hoef gelegen, zu Fuß ca. 20 Min. bis zum Meer. Direkt an der Anlage befindet sich ein großer Albert Hein Supermarkt mit Bäcker. Für jedes Haus stehen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügungung.
