It is located entirely on the ground floor and outside on the cozy square in front of the door is a nice bench. The house is located in the heart of Egmond aan Zee, so all amenities such as the beach, the dunes, the cozy center and the many nice terraces, restaurants and shops are just around the corner!

At the front of the holiday home are the bright, cozy living room with a cozy sitting area, a TV, two double bedrooms (one on the mezzanine), the dining table and the kitchen. From the kitchen you walk to the back of the house, where the third bedroom, bathroom with shower and a sink and the toilets are located. A nice bench is available for guests on a cozy little square in front of the house and the fine sandy beach of Egmond aan Zee are also located at walking distance!
