Note médiane pour séjour écourté pour absence d eau. Pas d eau courrante pendant 4 jours. Points positifs, appartement bien équipé, bien situé, un peu de bruit très acceptable lié à la rue passagère à quelques moments de la journée.Très grand appart avec 2 grandes chambres climatisées.reste soucis de la Guadeloupe et plus particulièrement saint Anne saint François,beaucoup de coupures d eau non prévues. Si logement non pourvu dispositif automatique de bascule sur citerne. Plus d'eau courante. Faire vaiselle au jerrican une fois fois, ça passe. 4 jours sans douche etc.,nous a fait demander a changer de lieu. Abritel a remboursè les nuits non consommés. Échanges cordiaux avec propriétaire.

Pas idéal pour des familles avec enfants

La douche n'avait pas été lavé du tout. Le balcon était dangereux pour les enfants en raison des fils électriques trop proche du balcon ainsi que du matériel du chauffe-eau entreposer sur le balcon. À notre arrivée, il y avait un dégât d'eau causé par le réfrigérateur (contenant arrière plein d'eau). Nous avons eu du mal garder les aliments frais dans le réfrigérateur. Il manquait d'oreillers pour le divan-lit disponible et les oreillers sur les lits étaient très inconfortables. À deux périodes, nous avons manqué d'eau et nous n'avions aucune instruction pour nous aider. Nous avons bien aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement et les autres commodités.

Vacances peu reposantes Location très bruyante Douche bouchée dès notre arrivée que nous avons signalé,toujours bouchée à notre départ 2 semaines plus tard Inondations dans les WC dès le premier matin , heureusement il y en avait un autre.. PB de coupures d'eau récurrentes et irrégulières non signalées Bte à clefs à l'entrée et à la sortie. Aucune consigne particulière,poubelle,.... Points positifs la proximité de la gare maritime pour les îles accessible à pied La taille du logement La climatisation dans les chambres

Bonjour, votre réponse laisse penser que nous ne vous avons apporté aucune aide concernant la douche ou encore la fuite d’eau que vous avez signalée. Quelqu’un est passé suite à votee sollicitation afin de mettre un produit débouchant ainsi que pour tenter de localiser le problème. Nous nous excusons pour les coupures récurrentes qui nous impactent tous actuellement.

Ça aurait pu être mieux.

Dans l'ensemble c'est moyen.. La boite à clé comme accueil c'est moyen et j'ai du courir après le code. Sinon l'appartement est correct, ce sont les normes "confort Guadeloupe" toujours un peu approximatif. Nous avons été confrontés à un problème d'eau récurent qui nous a pourri la vie mais les propriétaires n'y sont pas pour grand chose, c'est le secteur qui veut ça. Sinon l'appartement est situé en angle d'une rue passante donc trés bruyant surtout sur la terrasse, par moment on s'entendait à peine parler mais nous nous y étions habitués. Points positifs : la proximité avec la ville de Saint François, avec la gare maritime à 3 minutes à pied, ce fut bien commode pour rejoindre les iles.Tous les magasins à proximité et Saint François est bien pourvu entre les magasins et le marché quotidien.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment, from the first day to the last. The owner's family received us at the apartment. We very much appreciated their welcome. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and a large living room/dining area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment is very cool, with air conditioning. The outside terrace is nice and big, and was a real plus. We spent a lot of time on it. The location is also great. The apartment is walking distance from the shops and restaurants of the vieux port. The local vendors are very friendly and have excellent fruit and vegetables. The main beaches (like plage des raisins clairs) are a short drive away. It's easy to park around the apartment. One highlight of this apartment is that it's right next to the location of a surf school (literally 10m from the apartment). The surf instructor (Ben) was excellent, and both kids and beginner adults really appreciated their lessons with him. Overall, we had a really good stay and would not hesitate to go back to the same apartment on a future visit. The owner and her family were very responsive and accommodating for our needs and requests.

L'appartement est bien placé dans Saint-François (accès à pieds à la gare maritime et aux Comptoirs de St François). Il est très bien équipé (aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans la salle de bain). Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et très serviables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour là-bas. Nous le recommanderions à un ami.

A perfect stay!

We (2 couples) spent 2 weeks in Kaz a Bea and loved everything about it. The apartment is spacious, very nicely decorated, clean, has a big terrace and is equipped with everything one needs for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with a small beach (nice for a morning swim and also a good surf spot for beginners) just behind the house. The Raisins clairs beach is also only a short walk away. Communication with the owners was smooth. Sebastien was very helpful in every respect and offered us good advice. On our arrival we were expected and warmly welcomed. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we highly recommend Kaz a Bea!

Notre séjour en Guadeloupe à la Kaz' à Béa

La location était très propre et les propriétaires très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Ainsi ils ont remplacé les matelas dès notre demande. La location est à un prix très abordable et bien situé par rapport aux commerces de Saint François. Le seul bémol, et pas tous les jours, c'est le trafic de voitures qui passe devant la location ce qui rend les repas à l'extérieur peu agréable. Mais nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Guadeloupe et à la location et espérons bien revenir un jour !!!!

1 semaine très agréable à Kaz a Bea

Accueil très agréable. Kaz a béa est idéalement situé : juste à côté d'une petite plage, à 5 min à pied de la belle plage des raisins clairs ainsi que du centre de Saint-François. Le gîte est très agréable et très bien équipé. Il n'y a vraiment à rien à redire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et si nous le pouvons, nous reviendrons surement !
