Beyond Expectations!

What a beautiful property! I feel so lucky to have stayed here. The location was perfectly situated near Tulum, cenotes, and the beautiful reefs. The on-site staff spoiled us and it was greatly appreciated. The photos and the website do not this property justice, it surpassed all expectations!

Our stay at MANTARRAYA - LUXURY APARTAHOTEL IN FRONT OF THE SEA

Wonderful 2nd floor 2 bedroom unit with a king bed. Beautiful view of ocean, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The ocean, grounds and pool were great. There is construction around the unit, so we heard trucks from 7am to 8pm 7 days a week. Construction happens, and it wasn’t horrible. My only recommendation for the owners would be to update the kayaks and paddle boards. They were in poor shape and difficult to use - the paddle board didn’t have a rudder and the drain plug was missing. The kayaks seats were broken. But everything else was excellent and we look forward to our return!
