Beautiful apartment on two levels in central Madrid. Placed in the neighborhood “Lavapiés -Embajadores” next to the famous 'Art Walk' where the Madrid's most important museums like the Museum of Prado, Reina Sofia and Thyssen Bornemisza. A few meters from the “Reina Sofía Museum”, the National Filmotheque 'Cine Doré' and the lively street Argumosa with summer terraces.The apartment is located in a quiet street, no bars, but with traditional shops and fresh food markets in a few meters. In this zone there are a lot of restaurants, coffe shops and tapas bars.

This nice appartment is an ideal place to stay while visiting and enjoying Madrid from his heart and historic centre, walking along its streets, and places with cultural and touristic interest. Its privileged central location and good communication is perfect for walking around the center of Madrid. From here you can walk to the main touristic places: Retiro Park, Prado Museum, Gran Vía, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor... ... It is also very easy to move from Magerit apartment by metro, there are three metro stations close by: Atocha, Anton Martin and Lavapiés. In case you are coming to Magerit apartment by car, there are also car parks around the area where to pay for hours or days. It is also ten minutes by foot from Atocha Station where it is placed the Airport Express bus stop that works 24 hours a day and connects the airport to Central Madrid. Sleeps up to 3 people. In this area is the access to the fully equipped bathroom and the eight-step, wide and safe staircase that leads to the bedroom room which is spacious with two windows to the living room and a double bed ( Queen size 150 cm wide x 190/200 cm long ) . The apartment is equipped with electric heating, hot water and air conditioning ONLY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS . The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic-plate, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine ........ and a complete set of kitchenware.
