Newly Renovated 2 Bed Ground Floor Apartment

I would 100% disagree with this review. We are superhost on Airbnb. Ernst from the start had an issue, knowing full well from booking that it’s 1 double bed, 1 single and a sofa bed. He complained that it wasn’t enough for 5 people however we have had 5 grown adults stay in our property and he had 3 kids. I then had to spend over £100 to meet his needs of an extra chair and towels even though again we do state that guest bring extra towels. Ernst never mentioned he wasn’t satisfied with how clean the property is. Ernst and his group left my bedding wet, they moved things around for no reason as this wasted my cleaners time looking for the items. He took out all our clean spare bedding and left it on the side which wasn’t needed. The property had an excess of dirt which meant the cleaners had to spend an additional 2 hours cleaning up. The oven was dirty as was the fridge freezer, clearly didn’t respect the property as their own Ernst didn’t read the booking correctly when booking. I wouldn’t recommend or host them again.
