Modern penthouse located right beside the Illa d'Or hotel, 50 meters from the sandy beach and the famous Pinewalk

Second floor with elevator and private parking. It consists of two double bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, toilet and laundry room (washing and drying) & SMART flat screen TV and a rooftop 50 square meter terrace with sea views, barbecue, shower, toilet, storage room, armchairs, dining room, teak furniture on a parquet floor.

Lovely clean apartment with everything you need. Quiet location in a nice residential area with great views from the rooftop terrace. Communication and access to the apartment was first class. The welcome pack was particularly appreciated.

Uncooperative property manager

We were due to stay at this apartment in August 2020, but we're unable to travel due to covid restrictions. We were outside of the cancellation period when we found out we couldn't travel so asked the owner of he would defer our stay to next year. We were deeply dissatisfied with the service of the owner who refused point blank to answer any of our emails or texts asking to defer our holiday until next year, we even said we would be happy to take a week in low season even though we paid him over €1,800 for our stay in August, he didn't have the curtesy to reply to us so in theory we have paid for a holiday we didn't have. It is in my opinion absolutely appalling to think that in the world's worst pandemic that anyone could be so un-compassionate as to take€1,800 from us for a holiday that we were unable to take for reasons beyond our control. For this reason I am giving this apartment 1 star as I feel this is all the owner deserves and i am warning others to be aware of this

Cycle Holiday Mallorca

A really lovely property, very modern and great roof area for sunbathing and relaxing. Comfy beds and great facilities, and good to have parking off street. Only reason for 4 stars was the apartment could maybe do with some attention in places in bathrooms and decor otherwise we had a really lovely stay and loaction for beach walks and cycling was great. Thank you.
