Prestige Villas Spain are delighted to offer you Villa Hierro. This Fantastic villa is located in the residential area ofAigua Gelida just 1km from the beach and 1,5km from the beach of Tamariu.
The villa is built on two levels. The ground floor consists of a spacious and bright dinning living room with access to a fantastic terrace, the swimming pool and garden area. The kitchen, very bright and with access to the garden, is fully equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and access to the terrace, and a second bathroom.
The upper floor consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and with access to the terrace. We also find a multi-purpose lounge with a sofa and access to the terrace. The terrace has a fantastic view to the countryside, the sea and the pool.
