It is near all the main shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, seafood, direct sale of local products). The location is ideal for exploring the region: halfway between Mont Saint Michel and Cancale (known for its oysters), the old pirate's lair of Saint Malo, Dinan and Dol de Bretagne, all medieval towns, and Combourg, cradle of Romanticism, are able to be accessed quickly by car in less than 20 minutes. The Mont Saint Michel Bay is listed as one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World as decided by the World Congress.

We live in Dol-de-Bretagne and have always been under the spell of the Mont Saint Michel Bay located only 7 km from our home. We wish to share the pride of our region with the future guests of Val Suzon.

It is geographical located in a wild and natural environment; the 600 sq.m stone-walled garden with direct access to the seawall, the interior volume and layout of the house that allows everyone to find personal space, and the quality of the equipment (bedding, kitchen, bathrooms...).
