Hope Cottage is a delightsome, detached cottage resting in Castleton, Derbyshire and can sleep five guests in three bedrooms.

WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and starter pack for woodburner are all included in the price. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. Hope Cottage is charming e. There is also a conservatory with dining seating and a snug. For entertainments, guests can use two TVs with Freeview, a Smart TV, DVD Player, Bluetooth speaker, abode for a countryside escape.

Surrounded by stunning scenery, this bustling village offers superb amenities including two pubs, both serving great food, a convenience store, deli & tea rooms. There is a railway station serving the Esk Valley and Whitby, which also links with the steam line to the attractive market town of Pickering. The Camphill Village Trust community of Botton is nearby, with its craft workshops and shops selling home produced food, craft items and books. The historic city of York is just over an hour away, and the coastal towns and villages of Whitby, Staithes, Robin Hood's Bay and Sandsend with its lovely beach, are within easy driving distance, and well worth a visit.
