Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

The owner is very friendly and helpful. This place is in a peaceful quiet residential neighborhood, and easily accessible by car, but there is actually a very nice restaurant that serves Istrian local cuisine just in three minute walk.

Nice little studio

We were mostly satisfied with the accommodation. The bathroom is very small and you can't take a shower so that the floor doesn't float. There is not even a hanger in the bathroom where you could hang the towel. We missed the microwave in the kitchen. Anyway, it is located in a quiet little street, close to the center. The owner was nice and helpful. Overall, we had a good time at this accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone for a few days.

High-end vacation!

Logement facile d'accès et lit confortable. MAIS, logement absolument pas nettoyé, avec des cheveux partout, sol pas nettoyé (poussieres excessives sous le lit, salle de bain pas propre du tout,...). Beaucoup de bruit dans le logement du dessus et gros travaux de construction juste à côté du logement.

Appartamento in una buona posizione sia per la vicinanza alla spiaggia sia per la vicinanza al centro storico. Ottimo il fatto di avere il parcheggio, che a Rovigno è cosa rara. La camera da letto è stata sistemata da poco.

L’appartamento è una sua ottima posizione senza rumore, di notte molta tranquillità. E’ molto accogliente, pulizie impeccabili, la cucina molto funzionale con tutte le attrezzature . La camera è molto bella, molto curata tutto in legno, ottimo materasso, cuscini fantastici. All’esterno c’è una bella tettoia con un grande tavolo dove poter cenare e far colazione. Questo appartamento è molto consigliato.

Une chambre convenable avec une climatisation, cadre très sympa ! Dommage qu'il y ai eu des travaux de construction juste à côté, le chantier faisait du bruit . Mais pour le reste c'était très bien ! Merci encore

Simpatičan smeštaj, ljubazni domaćini, uredni i čisto sa svojim parkingom u dvorištu. lokacija je korektna, u blizini imaju da se iznajme bicikli i. Internet nije bio sjajan, verujem da će domaćini to regulisati posto su uglavnom na sve mislili kako bi gostima bilo lepo.

Probabilmente, a causa della bassa stagione, l’appartamento era piuttosto freddo. Abbiamo tenuto il climatizzatore al massimo della temperatura per alcune ore prima di andare a letto, per rendere gli ambienti confortevoli; il giorno dopo, anche con tutto spento i muri si erano scaldati Sarebbe bastato scaldare la casa prima del nostro arrivo Abbiamo avuto un problema non risolto con la tv

Monolocale carino e pulito , c’è tutto il necessario e anche il climatizzatore . Sarebbe stato carino far trovare almeno una bottiglia di acqua in frigo agli ospiti . Per andare in spiaggia serve l’auto comunque non è vicinissimo al mare (4/5 min di macchina )

we used the apartment for one night and it was perfect. bed is very comfortable, room and kitchen have a perfect size, kitchen is good equipped and you can walk from there to the town. we would come back for sure :)
