Valuable items from my purchases disappeared, they entered the apartment without permission during my absence, all the employees have another key to the apartment, there is a camera on the fourth floor directly at the entrance to the apartment, and when I asked to look at the camera recordings and see if anyone had entered my apartment and taken my belongings from it, they refused and told me that the camera is mostly just a form and does not work
