Rose Villa is set back into the hillside overlooking Agios Stefanos, within walking distance of the neighboring resort, Arillas, both of which boast wonderful sandy beaches and clear water. Convenient for local bars, tavernas, “free to use swimming pools” and shops, with a choice of beaches.

lovely home -Corfu

We rented this home for our (first ever)trip to Greece. A place with beautiful views and close to a sandy beach, was very important to us. Our experience was exceptional! The communication & information we received was first class. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, & in a wonderful location. You are within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and a wonderful sandy beach. We hope to be back on a yearly basis, to this beautiful area of the island, and to this home, which was so graciously, and thoughtfully shared with us. Agios Stefanos, and Rose Villa, has captured our hearts.

The Rose Family have been holidaying in Agios Stefanos for over 40 years, first finding the resort as they wanted a family-friendly location for a break with their young children. After falling in love with the Village and the locals, they returned year after year, making close friendships with other holidaying families and their children.

The Rose's decided to build their own Villa so that they could continue to enjoy their holidays with their Children and now Grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Due to the Villa being built for the Rose Family, it was designed to be a 'home away from home'. It is a large spacious villa, with lots of light, beautiful views, walking distance to the Village of Agios Stefanos and the neighbouring village of Arillas. The small town has everything you need and is enjoyed by Adults, Teenagers, and Young Children!

What makes this property unique

The Villa is situated on the hillside, overlooking the beauitful sandy beach of Agios Stefanos, as well as the lush green valley. With this in mind, you may need to hire a car to access the villa and the property boasts a large driveway for multiple vehicles.
