Cottage with a dreamy view, from the large veranda you can see the beautiful beach of Fuile 'and Mare and the other coves.
The house has a small living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom.

Peace and quiet

The cottage was very comfortable and was surrounded by Eucalyptus trees with a bit of a sea view. We were close enough to everything in the Gulf of Orosei but still far enough away for complete immersion in the natural beauty of Sardinia. Our hosts were attentive when needed and very helpful. We hope to return again!

Sehr schön gelegene Immobilie, aber heruntergekommen

Leider wurde in den letzten Jahren nichts daran getan. Es sind daher viele MĂ€ngel vorhanden: Herd funktioniert nur an einer Platte, Fliesen lose, im Terrassenbereich Stolpergefahr, viele KĂŒchenutensilien fehlen, sind defekt, mussten uns selbst um den Gasanschluss kĂŒmmern der im mit MĂ€usekot vollen Schuppen war, der Garten völlig verwildert, vermĂŒllt, Wildschweine haben alles aufgewĂŒhlt, usw Auf die Frage wie man deutsche Sender bekommt die Antwort `wenn Sie da eine Lösung haben``, alles nur auf italienisch. Auch gab es keine BemĂŒhungen ein vergessenes LadegerĂ€t zuzuschicken. Schade hĂ€tte sonst sehr schön sein können.

Urlaub auf Sardinien, Fuili de Mare

Die Lage ist top , der Blick auf den Strand unvergesslich. Die Anfahrt nach Navi ist nicht möglich , das Haus muss von oben von der Hauptstraße aus angefahren werden. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Paola war auf Englisch problemlos.

Un quadretto di paradiso in veranda

La nostra settimana nel cottage Ăš stata troppo corta! Abbiamo portato moto e bici Ăš una location perfetta per mountain biking, totale riservatezza e relax e questa veranda davanti alla porta di casa che fa letteralmente sognare. Il giardino della proprieta Ăš immenso, si ha la sensazione di spendere in una vacanza immersi nella natura in armonia ma in comoditĂ . Spiaggia a 5 minuti giu dal sentiero sotto casa o in 5 10 minuti di macchina Cala Liberotto, Ginepro, Berchidda per non parlare dei tour organizzati in gommone da Orosei. Unico neo la doccia interna che non aveva mezze misure tra caldo freddo ma la doccia esterna rimediava in bellezza, comoditĂ  e xon tanto di vista sul giardino! La signora Paola molto disponibile in caso di necessitĂ . Raccomando vivamente.

PhÀnomenaler Blick von der Veranda

Das Cottage ist klein, aber fein. Der Blick von der Veranda zu jeder Zeit ein Highlight. Die Zufahrt ist ein wenig abenteuerlich wenn man sich mit Google Maps orientiert. Unbedingt die Zufahrt ĂŒber die Teerstrasse nutzen (SS 125) 😉

Super Aussicht, bequemes Leben

Ein Ferienhaus mit einer grandiosen Meeresaussicht ĂŒber die Terasse und und einem grandiosen Blick in die Berge aus dem weitrĂ€umigen Garten. Abseits vom Trubel gelegen, fusslĂ€ufig zum Restaurant. PKW Anreise ist obligat. Vollkommen ausreichende Haushaltsausstattung um sich einige Zeit gut zu versorgen. Sehr gute Kommunikation und UnterstĂŒtzung durch die Vermieterin.

Idyll mit kleinen Abstrichen

Umgeben von wunderschönen Oleanderhecken liegt dieses kleine Ferienhaus in ruhiger, nur gelegentlich vom DJ eines nahegelegenen Hotels gestörter Aussichtslage ĂŒber dem Meer. Der (nicht wirklich traumhafte) Strand ist nur fĂŒnf Gehminuten entfernt, war wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes aber eher wenig einladend, da Unmengen von angespĂŒltem Seegras dort vor sich hin moderten. Das HĂ€uschen ist ideal fĂŒr zwei Personen, die ausspannen aber dennoch nicht völlig ‚vom Schuss‘ sein möchten. Orosei (ca. 10km) mit seiner Altstadt, seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und seinen StrĂ€nden, wie auch Cala Liberetto und Cala Ginepro sind mit dem Auto (unbedingt erforderlich!!) sehr gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter Paola und Domenico sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Olivenöl, das sie neben einer Flasche Wein ‚spendieren‘, ist absolute Spitze! Etwas schade ist die doch eher einfache, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung des HĂ€uschens. Sicher, es ist (mehr oder weniger) alles da, was man so braucht bzw. erwartet. Aber die eine oder andere Erhaltungs- bzw. Instandhaltungsinvestition wĂŒrde der Immobilie guttun und deren Preis auch eher rechtfertigen. Insgesamt aber rundum empfehlenswert fĂŒr zwei, die Entspannung suchen...

nettes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus ist klein aber Ă€sthetisch und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet . Die Terrassen ums Haus bieten Sonne, Schatten, Wind oder nicht und einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, gute Möbel. Ein Strand ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar Der Garten ist riesig mit sehr schönen BĂ€umen , aber vom Untergrund her schlecht begehbar. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotzdem haben uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten gestört die sonst vielleicht gar keine Rolle spielen: es gab kein Klopapier bei der Ankunft und die Betten waren nicht bezogen. Wie wir erst vor Ort erfahren haben ist das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Die KĂŒche ist etwas mager ausgestattet und nachts hört man vom Hotel die Alleinunterhalter mit entsprechender Musik. Diese Dinge haben dazu gefĂŒhrt dass wir das Preis - LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis nicht ganz angemessen fanden.

ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer

Ein tolles Erwachen mit Kaffee und Blick durchs GrĂŒn der Pflanzen aufs Meer in der Morgensonne. FĂŒr 2 Personen lĂ€sst es sich gut im Haus wohnen. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir frĂŒh im Jahr nach der Winterpause da waren, dass es Probleme mit dem Wasser im Haus gab. Die Hilfe der Vermieter kam aber sehr schnell und dann hat alles funktioniert.

Grazie, per il tuo aiuto e per la grande ospitalitĂ . La Casa era buona come descritto. La pace e la vista erano rilassanti. Danke, fĂŒr eure Hilfe und die prima Gastfreundschaft. Die Casa war so gut wie beschrieben. Die Ruhe und die Aussicht war erholsam. Mit dem Auto ist alles in 10 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Die StrĂ€nde von Biderosa und auch Orosei.

Great accommodation, great town, great holiday

Great size for 2 people including a large patio/garden area to relax and dine in, very quiet location, only 300 m to the nearest gorgeous beach. Also made good use of the BBQ! Extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful hosts, we arrived late but they still greeted us and helped us settle. Overall we can't recommend this highly enough for accommodation that is beautiful, relaxing and well-positioned to best sample Sardinia. Thank you Paola!

La pace dei sensi!

Casa con vista fantastica, ben arredata e davvero accogliente. Grande giardino con barbecue, doccia esterna (davvero molto comoda). A pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Fuile e' mare e vicinissima ad altre calette altrettanto belle!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Paola, die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt ideal fĂŒr einen Urlaub am Meer. Die Berge der Supramonte, mit vielen schönen Wandermöglichkeiten, sind nur ca. 40 Autominuten entfernt.

Emazing view!

The house is situated in a promontory with a wonderful view of a little bay. It's perfect for four person, well furnished and really clean. There is a big garden with barbecue, that we used many times during our holiday. Absolutely suggest!

Vacanza da sogno!

La casa si trova a due passi dal mare, su un piccolo promontorio ed regala una vista mozzafiato della caletta di Fuile e Mare. Dotata di tutti i comfort e di una pulizia impeccabile, offre un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza al mare, in un posto tranquillo e immerso nella natura. I proprietari sono persone cordiali e molto disponibili.

Lovely cottage in a wonderful environment

We had a wonderful time in Sos Alinos. The appartment was very clean and well equipped, good furnisehd and has a nice garden with ammock, barbecue and beach chairs. The closest beach really is only 200 or 300 m away. The house owner was very nice and took a lot of care for our well-being and recommended nice activities. Da sogno!

Questo posto non e' come sembra in foto.. e' meglio!!! Paola e il marito ci hanno accolti con simpatia e sono stati molto disponibili durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e curata in ogni particolare. C'e' a disposizione di tutto: dalle luci esterne regolabili, ad un barbeque con legna annessa. Il posto e' tranquillissimo, raramente passa qualche auto: e' perfetto per rilassarti e stare qualche giorno in serenita'. Ovviamente, la ciliegina sulla torta e' la vista dal terrazzo: semplicemente splendida. Non ho mai visto nulla del genere! Non potevamo aspettarci nulla di meglio. Vivamente consigliata.

Paradiso

Splendida soluzione per chi ama privacy, silenzio, tranquillitĂ  e bellezza ambientale. Si tratta di un villino molto curato all'interno di un giardino ben tenuto. La sua posizione dominante su un piccolo colle permette di ammirare la spiaggia sottostante. Una volta arrivati dimenticatevi la macchina.... tutte le spiagge si raggiungono a piedi. Particolare ringraziamento a Paola e consorte sempre estremamente disponibili.
