Gemütliche Wohnung freundliche Besitzer

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, geräumig mit zwei Bäder (perfekt für zwei Paare), hübsch eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es sehr viel Geschirr z.T. stark abgenutzt, bei der Kaffeezubereitung am Morgen war unser Erfindungsgeist sehr gefragt. Mind. ein Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich. Wir haben es aber hinbekommen und konnten den Kaffee im Garten bei Vogelgezwitscher genießen:) Was uns aber wirklich gefehlt hat, war die Klimaanlage. Bei 26 Grad in der Nacht brachten die Ventilatoren keine große Abkühlung.

Ruhig und geräumig

Es ist geräumig, hat zwei Bäder und man kann sich gut verteilen:) Viel Platz! Als mangelhaft finde ich Abwesenheit von Klimaanlage, schlecht funktionierende Waschmaschine die nur wäscht aber pumpt das Wasser nicht gut ab dass man mit den Händen die Wäsche auswringen soll :( da könnte Vermieter sich darum kümmern. Auch die Pfannen sollte man ab und zu erneuern. Ansonsten alles gut!

Sehr netter Vermieter der leider nur italienisch konnte. Große Wohnung aber leider ohne Internet. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Man hat sich immer sicher gefühlt.

Ferienhaus La Caletta

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns viele interrresante Informationen bezüglich des Ortes und Umgebung mitgeteilt. Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig und es hat an nichts gefehlt. In der Küche gab es leider kein warmes Wasser, aber mit dem Gasherd ging es ganz schell, es war also kein Problem. Die Lage wahr auch sehr gut, nahe am Hafen und an der Innenstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gerne wieder.

abbastanza bene

siamo stati a luglio in 5 adulti. pregi: casa spaziosa con 3 camere grandi e due bagni ristrutturati grandi di cui uno in camera. zanzariere su tutte le finestre e molto arieggiata. casa molto pulita, che non è da poco... zona tranquilla ma si va in centro a piedi passando per il porto sono 10 minuti. Materassi comodissimi. Zona barbecue esterna abbiamo cucinato il pesce perfetta! La signora gentile ci ha portato delle cose tipiche sarde da mangiare, buone. Difetti: il principale è stata l'acqua calda. Dalla doccia aspettavi quasi 5 minuti prima di avere acqua calda che poi diventava subito ustionante per poi tornare fredda...un incubo, per una doccia di 3 minuti ci mettevi 10!! La posateria tutta datata e da cambiare. Mobili passabili ma quelli del salotto sono improponibili, le sedie sono così vecchie che quando ti siedi sprofondi dentro! Gli ultimi tre giorni di soggiorno abbiamo sopportato una puzza pazzesca di gatto. Mancava un paletta per raccogliere lo sporco. Televisore del dopoguerra...senza forno e senza forno a microonde...solo i fuochi! Capisco che il prezzo era concorrenziale ma almeno un tv degli ultimi 10 anni per cortesia!!! Nel complesso non male, ci siamo adattati e siamo stati bene! se siete semplici vi piacerà, se ricercate il lusso lasciate perdere!
