The host canceled my reservation 4 hrs before my arrival due to “bed bugs”. They never refunded my money. NOTE: VRBO was kind enough to book me into a hotel at their expense but the host never followed thru with a refund. I feel this is fraudulent and VRBO should investigate this host.

Leider war das Bett um oberen Zimmer nicht frisch bezogen und die Matratze hat große gelbe Flecken. Sehr unangenehm.Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist durchgesessen. Auf den Stühlen lagen noch die Brötchenkrümmel der Vormieter.Austattung war modern und trotz der Größe war alles da. Die Schränke sollte man umbauen um auch längere Kleidung aufhängen zu können.Defekte Dinge wie Schubladengriffe reparieren und nicht einfach in die Schublade werfen.Reinigen reinigen reinigen. Wenn die Putzkraft keine Lust hat austauschen und kontrollieren.
