The apartment is in an ideal location. It is a wonderful clean apartment that is updated. Ideal for a family.Adrian is a wonderful person who is accommodating , respectful and very responsive.I would most definitely rent this place again if it is available on my next trip to Madrid.

The apartment was very comfortable with good light and space. The bedrooms all had their own bathrooms. The back bedroom had the bathroom open to the bedroom. Not a problem for our guest. Street noise can be heard in the front bedroom. Bring earplugs if you are sensitive. The kitchen was small and in the hallway but adequate for breakfast and small meals. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. Good central location with easy access to metros and groceries. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The location of this property is perfect for anyone who is wanting to be near the city center and have quick access to Gran Vía and the Metro. The host was very helpful and responsive. In a very hot summer the AC was most beneficial. We had plenty of room for family to gather and eat meals together. The grocery store is a 2 minute walk and we made breakfast every morning. This was the perfect home away from home and I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you Adrian for all the efforts you made to make this property work for our stay.
