About this property

Villa Erbania (Villaverde)

Erbania is the original name of the Island of Fuerteventura and we wanted to pay homage to the cult of the island by giving this Villa the same name. The name "Forte Ventura" was given by the navigators of the time, with the meaning of "Great Fortunate".

Villa Erbania is modern, located in a rural area north of Fuerteventura in the small town of Villaverde, a few (15) km from Corralejo and El Cotillo. Villaverde is characterized by tranquility, it houses places of cultural and scenic interest such as museums and old windmills. It also has award-winning and recognized restaurants throughout the island.



Villa Erbania is discreet and silent, it is tastefully decorated, equipped with all the comforts and fully equipped, we have also prepared a place to work with your computer.



It has a large garden with swimming pool, barbecue and solarium, the Villa is powered by solar panels. With private parking. Upon entering the property you will be enveloped in silence and tranquility, the sun will accompany you all day, but you can enjoy the freshness of the porch having an aperitif.

Inside Villa Erbania there is a spacious living room that will allow you to spend time with friends or family chatting or watching TV together, the kitchen is fully equipped. You will have in your favor all the tools to cook your favorite dishes and for this, aromatic plants will be available in the solarium.



The bedrooms have very comfortable beds, in the Suite you will have a private bathroom, we have included a desk to work or study as well as a dressing room. Another large bathroom will be available to all guests. It also has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

It has fiber optics.

The villa next door is its twin (Villa Tagoror) and it is possible to rent it together in case you come in a larger group than allowed by just one of these beautiful villas.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful.They let us check in early and as we were unlucky with the weather they gave us a fan heater for the chilly evenings.They left wine , biscuits and fruit for us and more drinks in the fridge and any query was answered promptly.The villa is very comfortable and spotlessly clean andwe would love to come back . Can only recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The villa was immaculate and spacious, with everything we needed for a great holiday.Our host (Beatriz) was very helpful and ensured we had good knowledge about the surrounding area. She was very responsive to any queries.The area is a little out of town but only a short drive from Corralejo and it was a good base to travel to other parts of the island from by car. The area felt very safe and it was very relaxing to be able to return here after days out.The kids enjoyed the pool during the day and the TV after a long day out (Netflix/youtube etc all available).We were very sad to leave!!

Just arrived back from a delightful stay at Villa Erbania. From check in to check out everything was smooth. Beatriz and her family are very accomodating and welcoming.The Villa its self is clean and modern. The kitchen area is fully equipt, with an outside area with washing machine. The bedrooms are airy and light with plenty of storage /wardrobe space. The 2 bathrooms with walk in showers are clean and showers powerful. The pool area is fantastic our 2 boys loved how warm the pool was throughout the day and even for a late night dip. Plenty of outside seating arrangements and tables for outside dining. The villa is situated in a quiet area of villaverde but within a 15-20min drive into corralejo and also the same distance to Lajares and Elcotillo so car hire is a must. We have throughly enjoyed our time in Villa Erbania and hope to book again in the near future. Thank you Beatriz x

Unser Aufenthalt über die gesamte Zeit war perfekt, schon vor Ankunft gab es eine gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Beatriz. Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei unserer Ankunft war für Obst und Getränke gesorgt, selbst die Versorgung zwischendurch (ein Dank an Beatriz Mutter) sehr nett. Ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück steht zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist beheizt und kann zum Erhalt der Wassertemperatur abgedeckt werden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle usw. uns hat nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr viel Stauraum, nebst Ankleidezimmer mit mehr als ausreichend Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Die ganze Unterkunft mit den beiden Duschbädern, der großzügigen Terrasse mit Ess- und Chillbereich ist sehr durchdacht. Im Ort selbst sind neben einem Bäcker und Supermarkt ein paar nette Restaurants selbst fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, schon vor der Reise ein sehr netter Kontakt!!Das Haus war sehr neu u sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt für 4 Personen, da jeder seine eigenes Badezimmer hatte!!!Sehr schöner Pool!!
