About this property

Our stunning Villa is on the private urbanisation of Tosalet with 24hr security. Set in a 1000 m2 plot, the villa is a spacious 175 m2.
A south facing garden looking out across the urbanisation with views of the Mongo to the right. Gets sun all day long.Its a 8 minutes drive to the Arenal beach, amenities, bars, restaurants and nightclubs..
The villa comprises of:First floor - 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a huge open plan living room / dining room leading onto a seated terrace with awnings, stairs lead down to a private garden with swimming pool, outside kitchen with built in BBQ, and dining area, perfect for enjoying Alfresco dining. A Day Bed sits at one end the pool ideal for a relaxing snooze. Outdoor lounge area ideal for relaxing in the shade, with TV and wifi.
Ground floor - 4th double bedroom with en-suite shower room looking out onto the pool area. A electric wooden gated driveway for 1 car and ample parking on the roadside. CCTV with 24 Hr Security Surveillance and security patrols hourly on Urbanisation.
Bed linen, bathroom and beach towels are included.

Good Villa

Overall a great holiday. The villa is in a great location. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic. The main living area also really good. Emma is a fantastic host. A couple of things to be aware of: the master bed is super uncomfortable. The kitchen is in need of modernisation (although it works fine). Also the flushes on both toilets weren’t working properly. This will be fixed I’m sure but was a pain. These impacted overall value for money but we had a great holiday.

Relaxing, family destination

The villa was immaculately clean and beautifully prepared for our arrival. There are four spacious bedrooms and a generous, beautifully presented and comfortable, living area. The outside is well presented with basketball hoop, bikes and table tennis as well as a pool. The outdoor kitchen and dining area were an added bonus. We loved the pool, with loungers and double sun bed, but it is deep, there's no shallow end. Emma was helpful and responded quickly to the couple of problems that arose. Great villa for a family with teens who want to get away from it all, 12 minutes drive from supermarket, beach, restaurants etc.
